That's the curriculum: built by people who've been incarcerated themselves, alongside interviews with national leaders who've navigated this same path. A podcast that bridges the gap between DOCs and residents. A resource navigator our own team keeps current. And hands-on technology, starting with virtual reality, that lets someone step back into the world before they’re standing in it again.

An environment doesn't just hold someone up. It teaches them how to hold up whoever comes next.
Belonging comes before everything else here. A space to land, the tools to build, and alumni who’ve already walked this exact path, ready to connect and walk it with you. Employer relationships are already built before anyone needs a job. This is also the Community Hub, our 501(c)(3).
