Voice. Technology. Community.

The Next Chapters Solutions Hub is where people returning from incarceration land, belong, and build. A whole environment, open from Day One.

INSIDE THE HUB

One place. Many ways to build.

This is a real environment, and inside it, there's a lot you can actually do.

01

Land somewhere real

A physical space, open every day, from the day you walk in.

04

Tell your story

A podcast studio where lived experience becomes legacy, and you move from being talked about to doing the talking.

02

Build real skills

Laptops, trade tools, and programming across the parts of life you're rebuilding.

05

Get hired, for real

A Job Developer and Economic Stability Provider, building employer trust before you need it.

03

Find your people

Alumni and mentors, successful leaders across many fields, who've lived this exact path.

06

Shape what’s next

What you teach us here improves what Reentry Exchange builds for the next person.

BUILT FOR WHERE YOU ARE

Most people here are in the hardest stretch, early.

53%

Home less than 3 months

53%

Hardest: stable employment & mental health

40%

Hardest: rebuilding relationships

Over half of the people in our current groups have been home less than three months. These aren't long-term challenges. They're Day One challenges. The Hub was built for exactly that moment — a physical space in Muskegon, MI, where belonging comes before everything else. Technology, resources, real opportunities, peer support, and a community that shows up every day.

WHY THIS MODEL WORKS

You walk in needing help.

You walk out giving it.

Every Fresh Out story recorded here is real intelligence, what helped, what was missing, where the gaps still are. That feedback sharpens what Reentry Exchange teaches next. The person telling their story today improves the path for the person who hasn't left yet.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

What people who've been through it say.

"Expectations and promises of what would be there when I get home, and they're not. It creates false expectations."

"Find the right people and don't be afraid to ask for help early on."

"Prepare to be told no about every job. Don't get discouraged — just keep looking because there's gonna be someone that'll take a chance on you. And you better remember that when you start working and start hating the job. Keep going."

"I wish I knew that EVERYTHING would be different."

"Be honest with yourself and the people trying to help you."

"Stay connected to others going through what you are."
