The Michigan Model

We've built a proven, repeatable framework for delivering high-impact conferences across multiple security levels within a state correctional system. What started in Michigan is ready to travel.

If you're a reentry director, DOC administrator, or state coalition interested in bringing this model to your state, we want to hear from you.

  • "It was a great event. It made me and a lot of others feel there’s a little more hope and light at the end of the tunnel.”

  • "We need more events in the future, more often."

  • "Every inmate should experience this."

  • “Thanks for inviting and giving us great tools to use.”

  • “I feel far less worried about making the transition to freedom knowing so much support now exists.”

  • "The fact that there was an abundance of support from so many organizations, it looks like our communities have our best interest"

  • "OMG! The event was a golden opportunity to expose me to people that are interested in my successful re-entry. I needed that."
