IIMPACT

A connected ecosystem.
Operating right now.

NCS brings together 12+ years of lived and professional reentry experience with the technical expertise to build at scale. What we are building together is new — a connected reentry ecosystem, already operating in Michigan, already producing results.

"Day 1 was impactful. Some of us were able to share our experience with other inmates. It's like group discussions carried over to the unit."

- NCS Participant

That came from the very first NCS workshop, before the MDOC pilot, before any of what exists today. Someone inside took what they experienced and carried it back to the people who weren't there. Without being asked.

That moment is the entire NCS thesis: when you build the right environment, the impact doesn't stay in the room. NCS was founded in early 2025 but built on years of field knowledge and technical expertise. In less than a year it is already operating at scale. What you see below is what exists right now.
